Bookmarks capture exactly what you actively select in the workspace at the moment you create them. The items included are determined by the objects you choose before starting the bookmark creation, so you decide which transformers (and their connections) become part of it. It isn’t based on all objects that happen to be visible, nor on the last item you edited. If you want a different group later, reselect the new set and create another bookmark. You can select multiple items with standard multi-select methods to include them all in the bookmark.
